New Year Same Bullsnot

PokerStars is regressing. In 2010, there were a few brief glimmers of acceptability. But now, it's reliance on the most tried and true cheat of all time.

The lack of random cards.

I don't have a photographic memory, so I can't remember all the thousnads of hands I played last year. But in the modest number I've played in 2011 it's certainly been a heaping pile of dingo hockey. (Apologies to all dingoes and hockey players.)

Just for a quick guess on what I think is about seven 2 table hold'em games I've easily reached 50 hands per table per game. And since I'm constantly given 8-4, A 6, 7 2, and other such nonsense I'm funneled into folding to see that many hands. Let's call it 360 hands for the conveniet math. I should have had 20 pocket pairs. I think I've had 5. And the number of hands is conservatively low and the number of pairs is conservatively high. And this doesn't even include crap low pairs.

Nothing would make me happier than to move on and find a new target. But if you are going to keep this up you'll continue to be up on my radar screen as the prime target.

Your choice.
