I Live for the Weekend

Each weekend is like its own mini-statistical database for me. I play - a lot. I play enough hands on each weekend that I can pretty sure that far too often the lack of randomness rears its ugly head.

Since I've been doing this for so long I've developed a substantial arsenal of little tricks which have been successful in painting a huge bullseye on me. I can be extremely annoying. I am a cattle prod. I am Internet poker's lap dog of Satan.

This requires playing what should be boring and meaningless tourneys that a player of my skill level should not waste their time with. So let me tell ya what happened this weekend.

The nightly five card draw multiplayer tourney around 7pm EST. I've played in enough of these that I know the pay off is nowhere near worth the effort from a time perspective. But the buy in is only 500 free money chips, so we're off to the races! Maybe we'll get some good time bank rule break screen shots.

Not surprisingly, the hands I was dealt were sub par on a consistent basis. I finally catch three queens after several dozen hands and make my first bet of the night. The player to my left takes the time bank from 45 seconds down to less than five. I should not have called the reraise, but I did.

Naturally he has a full house.

Rookie admin toggles cheat mode on a meaningless 500 buy in tourney to rig a hand.

I'm insulted. I'm the last person you want to do that to. Just another item in the long laundry list of obvious cheating. I may not have a pretty screen shot of the incident, but I have the confidence of knowing I can prod, annoy and provoke continued stupidity.
