The Free Trial Period/Damage Control

I shouldn't, but I will remind both of my fans - in the early days of my Internet poker career I bounced around on a lot of different sites. It was astounding how I could make massive gains without too much poker knowledge. And there often was a friendly face to "school" me on what I was doing wrong.

The FBI loves me because I've never even considered putting real money into this. Homeland Security sent me a Cinnabon three weeks ago. When I woke up from the diabetic coma I did the sensible thing of drinking an entire two liter bottle of Mountain Dew and went into another coma. On the hospital bed I prayed that my time off would make things more reasonable.

Yes. They are. But only marginally. Now that I'm approaching about 700,000 hands played I would expect a little bit of respect. The cards dealt have morphed into a power ranger and...sorry coma delirium...into a mix of being treated like I'm being courted to break out the checkbook and the hatred of the knowledge that this won't happen. Which is weir because I couldn't even if I wanted to.

As has been posted recently I got a pair of kings early in this sitter. Since my brain does not function normally I don't raise. Wow. I didn't even call. What is wrong with me?

Like posted recently (during my coma) when I get a pair of Ks early I just KNOW it's going to lose.

It's been the better part of two years now that on PokerStars I get crappy hand in general for the first twenty or so. At this point, to get back in the game with me being so short stacked against the rest of the uncompetitive competion I need to go all in.

And why this is still a surprise is that the all ins are working at about an 85% success rate.

I understand that some players don't want to risk the stack versus other big stacks versus player's with more chippies than they have. Now check this PS (thats short for PokerFrauds) you'll see that a lot of them have been me re-raising after another annoying pre-flop bet.

So, why does this work? Why do I draw a straight on the river short stacked versus the better hand?

They are training people to play badly. As a cosmic joke on injustice I folded a 7-3 straight that could have only been beaten by an 89. Pretty much the nuts. Pair of kings, sure fire loser. 73 offsuit a winner. Yeah, right.

The excessive time usage continues to ooze it's ugly porefical (real word) face. And this is my current focus on the tables I sit at. There's no rationnal reason for a player to buy into a 10k game and be slower than a red dwarf star going supernova. But here it is again.

This massificaloical (real word) use of timeage (also a real word) is annoying to me. Which I don't care too much about because all the serious poker players out there that have experienced it must be annoyed, too.

The summary:

You don't want to play me with serious random cards. But maybe we can shut you up with a two hour game you win at.

Ain't gonna happen. I'm here for the long haul.

By the way - Alan Smithy. Not his real name - Alsn Smithee is a notorious movie joke name. Rainbow and his/her ultra slow play - you sould have called yourself Rainbow not so bright. Here I am showing my pre-real job retail career.

Now, the real meat of the argument. If I'm right, which I'm not why do I cosntantly have to wait 20+ hands before the cards begin to look they might be random? Every a 10k buy in has an arrogant jack wipe raising for the simple sake of raising. I wish I could catch them all, but my deck is worn and weathered. My Shivan droagon nas been neutalized by a red circle of protecion. I vacuumed the rug. I put my flag out for Patriot's Day. I emailed my best friend. I smoked a cigarette. I cleaned the bathroom. I watched the best episode of The Mentalist ever.

Whatja (real word) you gonna do AI and admins?
