Being Predictable - On Purpose

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHg5SJYRHA0&noredirect=1

Being predictable at Internet poker can be a huge mistake. There are "tells" just like in a brick and mortar non-rigged game. You always fold to any major bet. You take a lot of time slow playing on a killer. You bring a squit gun and think that Joe Mantegna won't notice. You name yourself "william" (the William Tell.) You kick major butt, and someone makes a sarcastic comment about you're great hand. Tell it to the hand.

Penn's buddy doesn't talk. Teller it to the hand.

Now this is a bit more subtle overall, but here we are again looking at some suckmeister complaining about the "suckout" that beat him. I've watched this bad movie countless times. If thy art a real human methinks you are an admin.

Because you broke a rule. Only AI and admins can break the rules.

And here we are watching some whiny fartfloffer (not a real word yet, but I'm working on it) that gets to express his/her displeasure in the chat. Despite the fact that chat is disabled when a player goes all in, just like the suckout complainer did.

If I could toggle cheat mode, get some bogus stars on my avatar and didn't have to worry about the size of my chip stack I might be tempted to cheat.

Internet poker doesn't work that way. It is a business with vitually no real regulation. And they can prey upon real money addicts, suck them dry and pet their little yippie dogs, cash the check and sleep. That is, if AI can sleep.

To date I haven't seen a hint of PokerStars trying to tell me my math is wrong. Probably because it isn't.

My bike is so red/
